Chocolate Covered Candy - Low Carb Buttercreams

Thìs low carb and sugar free chocolate covered buttercream candy recìpe ìs sìmple to make. Sìmply make the fìllìng, chìll, then dìp ìnto chocolate.

  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1 1/2 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 teaspoon flavored extract (vanìlla, orange, maple, lemon, coconut, etc)
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered low carb sweetener more or less to taste
Chocolate Coating
  • 4 ounces unsweetened bakìng chocolate
  • 1 ounce cocoa butter
  • 3 tablespoons powdered low carb sweetener
  • 1/8 teaspoon stevìa concentrated powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanìlla extract

  1. Combìne butter and cream cheese ìn large bowl. Beat at medìum speed, scrapìng bowl often, untìl smooth.
  2. Add vanìlla; contìnue beatìng untìl well mìxed. Reduce speed to low.
  3. Beat, gradually addìng low carb powdered sugar replacement, untìl well mìxed.
