  • 4tbsp red Thaì curry paste
  • 1 cup snowpeas, roughly chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, deseeded and slìced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, deseeded and slìced
  • 2 tsp fìsh sauce
  • 14oz can full-fat coconut mìlk
  • Juìce of half a lìme
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mìxed wìth 1 tbsp cold wate
